Stop Guessing. Start Scaling.

Before you bet on a full-time CTO, bring in Jayden to
debug, optimise, and unlock growth where it matters most.

The Problem

You’re building fast, raising capital, and shipping features but underneath the surface, it’s messy. Your team is talented but stretched. Product is reactive. Tech debt grows quietly. You’re not sure if your decisions are setting you up for scale or for disaster. And you don’t have time to find, vet, and onboard a full-time CTO.

Decisions with zero technical confidence

One wrong hire, one botched decision, one over-promised agency and suddenly you’ve burned $100K and 6 months on the wrong direction.

Operationally everything is grinding to a hault

Velocity is slow, bugs are increasing, and estimates feel like fiction.
You suspect the team could be sharper.

You've been burned by bad agencies and consultants

You need someone who’s seen it, solved it, and can step in now. A leader who can teach but also step in and get hands-on.

The Solution

Twellve gives you immediate access to seasoned technical leadership that is outcome-focused, context-aware, and hands-on from day one. Skip months of recruiting, risky hiring decisions, and wasted runway.

Process:
  1. Suitability Call

    Free, casual and quick.
To understand your current challenges and goals and assess mutual fit.

  2. Onboarding Sprint – $3,000 AUD

    1-week duration, limited availability.
An in-depth diagnostic to uncover the real bottlenecks and priorities.

  3. Recurring Execution Sprints – $10,000 AUD

    Month-to-month engagements (16hrs/week).
Focus on traction, clarity, and technical scale. No lock-ins. Just results.

My Experience

This isn’t theory. From solo building apps to scaling global product and engineering orgs. While others sell advice, I’ve been in the trenches: founding engineer, head of engineering, and cross-functional leader. I know what it takes to go from zero to $50M+ ARR because I’ve done it. And now, I bring that rare blend of hands-on experience and executive insight to startups who need a steady hand in the storm.

Built, scaled, and led

From a teenager running a $1M server business out of a rural town, to founding engineer scaling teams to 500+ across multiple countries — I've operated every layer of the stack and the org.

Hands-on systems thinker

Whether it's building greenfield platforms, coaching leaders, automating ops, or navigating complex compliance — I bring clarity to chaos and architect scalable foundations.

Multiplier of momentum

I’ve done the work, hired the teams, and shipped the products. Today, I partner with startups to align product, people, and process — creating exponential leverage across their value stream.

Founder Community

Not every founder needs direct help. Sometimes, you just need insight, structure, and a tribe of others walking the same chaotic road. That’s why we built a content-led community around modern startup leadership.

One call. One week.
Finally, some breathing room.

FAQ

What is a fractional sprint, and how is it different from hiring a CTO?
Hiring a full-time CTO will cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars, can take 3-6 months of due diligence to hire the right partner, requires an equity component, and more complex accounting needs. All of this costs you time and money. You should still hire a CTO, but in the short term, having access to part-time technical leadership can avoid you from making costly mistakes when your capital is at it's most vulnerable.
What happens during the 1-week onboarding sprint?
We provide a bespoke service tailored to each client. You'll be provided a client portal which allows you to sign NDAs, complete checklists, and make payments. From there, we'll gain access to your tools to conduct an audit to return a report detailing what does well, and what could be done differently. It also includes 90 minutes of 1:1 founder coaching time to walk through results, provide teaching, or dig deep on a certain problem.
Can you work alongside our current team, CTO, or agency?
Yes!

What kind of startups do you typically work with?
Usually startups that have found Product Market Fit, post-seed or bootstrapped, and have yet to hire seasoned product and engineering leadership.
What problems do you usually solve?
Bespoke problems holding your ambitious startup back.

Some previous clients have engaged me to:
– transition from an offshore to local development team
– provide a startegy to reduce burnrate with growth engineering tactics
– optimise team culture to improve velocity and quality
– organise priorities with formalised product development processes
– launch a new product within an existing organisation requiring a lean startup culture
Will you actually get hands-on, or just advise?
I'm still technical and most engagements require a bit of both. As a fractional CTO, my technical skills are more diluted as a specialised software engineer. If you're after a 100% hands-on builder, I'd recommend hiring a SWE first.

How soon can we start?
Next week if you're organised!
Can I pause or stop after one sprint?
Yep! It's on-demand leadership.
What does a typical month-to-month engagement look like?
Includes 180 minutes of 1:1 call time. Provides 5 days a week of async Slack communication access. Hands-on execution on 1x problem at a time with a scoped result met by end-of-month.

How do I know you’re legit and not just another “tech advisor”?
I joined as a founding engineer and had the luck and privilege of scaling product and engineering from 0 to a $1B evaluation. Managing that change equipped me with a very broad real-world perspective for the benefits and pitfalls that occur during scale across a variety of stages. All of these companies are public and still exist today.
Have you worked in regulated or high-stakes environments before?
Yes! I've worked in the wagering, insurtech, local government, and enterprise environments. All requiring strict bespoke requirements including ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC2 certification.
